Flagant defiance
The Christians say that the Gospel is from Allah and they are telling the truth, and the Jews also say that the Torah is the book of Allah revealed to Moses, peace be upon him.
(93) All food was lawful to the Children of Israel except what Israel [i.e., Jacob] had made unlawful to himself before the Torah was revealed. Say, [O Muḥammad], "So bring the Torah and recite it, if you should be truthful."
- English Translation
(44) Indeed, We sent down the Torah, in which was guidance and light. The prophets who submitted [to Allāh] judged by it for the Jews, as did the rabbis and scholars by that with which they were entrusted of the Scripture of Allāh, and they were witnesses thereto. So do not fear the people but fear Me, and do not exchange My verses for a small price [i.e., worldly gain]. And whoever does not judge by what Allāh has revealed - then it is those who are the disbelievers.
- English Translation
(66) And if only they had upheld [the law of] the Torah, the Gospel, and what has been revealed to them from their Lord [i.e., the Qur’ān], they would have consumed [provision] from above them and from beneath their feet.[274] Among them are a moderate [i.e., acceptable] community, but many of them - evil is that which they do.
[274]- i.e., in great abundance.
- English Translation
The question which arises here is: Where is the Torah and the Gospel, now when no one on earth speaks the languages in which these heavenly books were revealed?
(72) Indeed, We offered the Trust[1214] to the heavens and the earth and the mountains, and they declined to bear it and feared it; but man [undertook to] bear it. Indeed, he was unjust and ignorant.[1215]
[1214]- The acceptance of obligations and obedience to Allāh.
[1215]- Coveting its reward while forgetting the penalty for failure to keep his commitment.
- English Translation
The Jews were not people of trust, so they lost the languages in which Allah's messages were sent down to His prophets among the children of Israel. When Allah Almighty chose the Arabs to reveal the Qur’an in their language and to a man among them, the Jews refused, disapproved, and were arrogant...
(90) How wretched is that for which they sold themselves - that they would disbelieve in what Allāh has revealed through [their] outrage that Allāh would send down His favor upon whom He wills from among His slaves. So they returned having [earned] wrath upon wrath. And for the disbelievers is a humiliating punishment.

Some of us may know how the Arabs preserved their language and are trustworthy people... Anyone who observes what is happening now cannot help but echo the words of the righteous son of the Arabic language, Hafez Ibrahim (speaking on behalf of the Arabic language):
You scandalous, I am being worn out and my virtues are fading
And among you, even if the medicine is rare, some doctors
Do not trust time, for
I fear for you my death will come
The language is a mother, and abandoning it is disobedience, and what is more severe disobedience than that toward the language in which the Noble Qur’an was revealed to Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and neglecting it and disobedience to it is losing the Book of Allah...
Poet Hafez Ibrahim (speaking on behalf of the Arabic language) wrote:
I am the sea in whose womb the pearl is lurking
Did they ask the diver about my shells?
Are there not righteous men in the land?
If negligence in Arabic, by the Aaraeb* of today who are unable to speak correct Arabic nor keep true Arabic values and culture, is a loss of The Last Book that was revealed from the Most High, the Almighty, then I do not see greater righteousness than the righteousness toward the Arabic language, nor defiance and disobedience worse than the flagrant defiance and disobedience to the language of the Arabs...
To those who are foreign to the Arabic language and culture, the Aaraeb are fake Arabs, much like the Indians who speak English with an Indian tongue, compared to true British people who hold true British values and speak English with a true British tongue and show signs of true British culture. Most people in the Middle East and North Africa now are Aaraeb unable to speak Authentic Arabic. In fact, they are not able to come up with a single correct Arabic sentence. I would blame the colonization history and modern schooling system for that in large part.
Allah speaks about them in the Qu'ran:
(97) The Aaraeb are stronger in disbelief and hypocrisy and more likely not to know the limits of what [laws] Allāh has revealed to His Messenger. And Allāh is Knowing and Wise.
The Aaraebs of the desert* are the worst in Unbelief and hypocrisy, and most fitted to be in ignorance of the command which Allah hath sent down to His Messenger: But Allah is All-knowing, All-Wise.
97. The Desert-Aaraebs* are the most steeped in disbelief and hypocrisy, and the most likely to ignore the limits that Allah has revealed to His Messenger. Allah is Knowing and Wise.
The wandering Aaraebs* are more hard in disbelief and hypocrisy, and more likely to be ignorant of the limits which Allah hath revealed unto His messenger. And Allah is Knower, Wise.
*Most English translations associate the Aaraeb with the desert and wandering because they had no Arab roots and did not belong to the communities in the Arab peninsula but rather were foreign and spoke Arabic with a non-native tongue much like most of the people who are wrongly labeled Arabs nowadays, when in reality they are Aaraeb.
